Shipping policy

All orders are processed and dispatched by our team within 7–11 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Standard processing time is typically 1–3 days, but during peak periods, it may take up to 4–5 days.

Noravoci currently delivers to the following country: United Kingdom.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification including your tracking number.

 

Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Incorrect items received.

If your order arrives damaged either fully or partially, you may return the item or request a refund for the affected product. Please contact us at support@noravoci.com with proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot of your order confirmation email) and a photo of the damaged item.
